One of best ways to get guidance and communication from your angels is to have clear communication channels via your chakras. Doreen has a great chakra clearing cd (there is also a little booklet that accompanies it) that has a morning and evening chakra clearing meditation. I have been using it and it very easy to use and I do notice more intuitive guidance coming thru when I clean out my chakras. I also notice more clairity coming thru when I do angel oracle card readings for myself.
