Yes, Neville is profound. With him there's a true religious and mystical structure to his teachings. You get the feeling that he wasn't teaching you this to make you rich (only) but to awaken you to who you really are. There's a real strain in him of non-duality, although he speaks of the bible and not Hindu or Eastern teachings. There's a text he wrote called I Know My Father which shows this clearly.
The one thing missing in Neville is how to challenge entrenched beliefs, especially "invisible or hidden" ones. That's where Seth is very helpful (Nature of Personal Reality). Yeah, Neville was
something else. Out of This World.
