Default Getting rid of mucus produced by dairy consumption

I have sinned again; and have started eating cheese and milk products!

After 4 months of going without milk( slipping up once in a while ), my body is going crazy. I feel and am bloated. I had never stopped eating milk products before, so I don t have anything to compare these symptoms with, but I am in huge discomfort.

How do you get rid of all the mucus produced by milk and milk derived products? Are there any herbs or detox programs you recommend?

I have stopped eating anything with milk in it for 3 days now, and I do feel better, however, being in London, it is easier to find soy products and milk alternatives than in my usual city of residence, where it is very difficult, due to the very high cost of soy products.

Is this discomfort caused by the milk products, or the fact that I eat milk products from unknown sources( In restaurants or on the go), is organic better?
