When I was younger, I would watch my mom do laundry and it looked absolutely overwhelming. Then, when I got into college and started doing my own, I realized just how fussy she was about colors. lol.
Some things are obvious. Don't mix bright red/orange/any other color with whites or lights. But it really isn't as hard as people make it out to be.
