Could you define "successful" to me, because we apparently have different definitions of successful. That girl with the baby may not have much money or a comfortable living situation, but lots of successful people did not have it easy all the way through life. They faced challenges of all kinds, including not having a lot of money or being comfortable. Success, to me, is not about being a billionaire or living a problem-free life. It's how you react to the challenges along the way. As long as she is doing the best she can in the situation and is maintaining a good attitude, she is successful in my eyes.
