My dream home would be on the west coast of South Africa where the sea is wild and rough. A fishermans cottage with rough plaster or cobb or something similar - with just enough room for me and my hubby, an outdoor bathroom, fireplace, a comfy couch, veranda with 2 chairs and plenty of vino - white for summer and red/ sherry for winter! No neighbors within a 10km radius. Organic veggie garden and a stones throw from the sea where we could catch crayfish and pull mussles off the rocks. Totally self sufficient with gas/ paraffin lamps and solar energy. Just me and him and peace.
