Default Allergy Issues

Hi All,

I have serious problems with environmental allergies, including molds (big), grasses, trees, animals, etc. I've done all that the allergist has said to do including wooden floors, mattress covers, air filters, etc. I'm also on allergy shots.

The problems is that I'm reacting to the allergy shots. What it boils down to (according to the allergist) is that I've got so many allergens in my system that as soon as they add more (through the shot), it overloads my system. The solution according to the medical establishment is to increase the load on my system little by little (through the shots) so that my body can get use to them.

I think it would be better to reduce the number of allergens in my body now. Obviously if my body is on overload, it's got more than it can handle. This sounds logical to me, but I can't find any information on how to do this, besides what I've already done (see above).

Does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts? I'd greatly appreciate it and so would my sinuses.

Thanks & Godspeed,
Ed
