Quantum physics has nothing to do with the Law of Attraction. It is a theory that provides an explanation for certain microscopic phenomena. In the macroscopic world it's effects are completely and utterly masked. To suggest that the internal workings of the human mind would be capable of transforming the outside world is ridiculous. For a start competing intentions would wipe each other out. And even if all humans focused on the same intention, any change would be the product of action, not wishful thinking.
This is science at it's worst.
