for the weak and poor,
for the hurt and of the ill
and animals
the elderly
and those for which
time stands still

The guided are those who
look upon the earth
and show they care
about the lost
the sullen
even the angered
those afraid and in despair

The anxiety is upon us
to be on watch for ourselves
and peace we inherit
gathering the signs
the pieces
pulling all together
for God's Life Merit
