I don't know if this could help you but, what I use, is a Palm... where I keep the following...
1. Thing to do today...
2. Goals and objectives... I keep a separate entry for each and the strategy to achieve those goals are included with the goals and objectives...
3. Passages and quotes that need to be reviewed periodically
4. Names, phone numbers and contacts...
5. Pictures of my heroes and mentors... (for association and emulation purposes.)
I suppose you could start with that... and build up from that base...
