Sounds like an interesting idea. I don't use any personal development software (yet) so I wouldn't know what things are standard though, but something I'd like to see is the ability to keep a file of information or log about each area of one's life in Personal Development. And you can rate how good it is on a scale of 1/100 so by looking at the top level list you instantly get a snapshot of how well you're doing. You can also see which areas you need to work on very quickly.
For example, if I may quote podcast 2:
Quote:
1. Work
2. Financial
3. Relationship
4. Home & Family
5. Physical Health
6. Mental
7. Social
8. Emotional
9. Spiritual
10. Character
11. Contribution
12. Fun & Adventure

And of course the ability to add new areas, maybe even use a tree structure of areas.
