On a historic scale, I don’t think actors, singers, Hollywood types, etc. would have that great of an impact. Do you think you will be reading about the latest Brad Pitt movie or Britney Spears song in the next 500 years?

If I wanted to be a historian, I’d probably attend college to take some history and English classes, and read / study as many historic texts as I could.
