I injured my knee and couldnt walk at all for months. I went to the biggest specialists in the country. They all said It needed to be operated. I said no. I knew an operation would make it worse.
I decided I will heal myself with my thoughts. I filled notebooks with the statement "I can walk without pain". I prayed. I asked for the answer in my dreams. I got it, I dreamt my leg was just a bone covered with skin. no muscle. I woke up and I knew I must work on my muscle.I started doing physiotherapy everyday (it cost a fortune). And I completely healed myself.
its been 2 years now, my knee is still good.
