I guess I should get on it since it's August 1st!
- Cut back on sodas. (I am drinking one right now, so I will start when it's done
). ETA: Replace it with water. - Pack my lunch every day rather than wasting money eating out. *Added bonus - weight loss.
- Wake up early enough to do some stretching and exercises each morning and then eat a healthy breakfast.
- Take the doggies for a walk several times a week.
- Continue generating peace and love, looking for the positive and admirable in those around me and minimizing notice of the negative.
Mostly very measurable. I will report back here with stellar results!
