Stay away from fast food
Stay away from sweet fruit like orange, banana and etc for a while until you have recovered (through your immune system). I had horrible gum inflammation for "overeating" sweet fruits twice in the past, which helped me realizing that the amount is more important than the kind of carbohydrate eaten (Eg: Refined sugar Vs natural fruits ) .
Stay away from distilled water.
Stay away from refined sugar, soda and the like that will depress your immune system
