I did not understand the whole process and no-one thought to explain it to my young mind that knew so much was wrong about my life without being able to change it, although I tried. I suppose this is when I started doing the same, detaching from my reality at will when life was too difficult for me to stand. I went on to become a very psychic child and would witness deaths of family members in dream form. This has progressed to world events now, but still unable to control them in any useful way that I can think of. When I do "See" things in dreams or in my mind, I am always detached and watching the events unfold. The dreams scare me so I step out. I also can step out and visit in the way of lucid dreaming. This is so much of the same thing. I can focus on an individual and then go to them, only by leaving myself in my bed. Do you have any of that? Oh, and you are very welcome! |
I haven't had any visiting that I am aware of unless I just haven't been enlightened enough to consider the possibility that it was visiting. I have certainly had very vivid dreams that were extremely poignant to me personally. But, I am not well-versed in the science of using dreams as a tool. I am going to research it more because I'd love to develop a better understanding of these things.
