ChrisL you are so right it is amazing how these things work! It's as if i asked the question and decided i must work this out, and in a few days i do work it out.By posting here i must have subconsiously been ready to recieve the answer.
I won't go into detail but, i know why i had this issue with time.It was something i did in a past life, i believe, and something that i probably couldn't accept happened! Hopefully this time issue,in real life and, played out in dreams,will also dissappear, although it may take a while because it's more like habit now.
