Dreams can be such a blessing to help us discover what's needed. Back when I was having difficulties figuring out what I wanted to do with my life, I would have acting dreams. First it started off as a rehearsal, and somehow I didn't know my lines or even what my part was. Then I kept having the same dream - I'd be onstage and not know my part. It kept escalating - dress rehearsal, opening night!
So here I am on opening night onstage looking down into the orchestra pit telling the director I don't know my part. He looks up at me and says "Okay, what can you do?" - which I took to mean, start with where I'm at and go from there.
I woke up so relieved that I didn't have to have all the answers to my life path at that moment, but that I could simply start doing something and piece it together.
I'm glad you had an epiphany!
