Hmmmm, I'm not convinced time or time lines are the issue with creation or even involved. It seems that because there is no time, only the present moment, then everything must already exist here right now. If there is no past and no future, then nothing can exist in them. If we can't exist there, how can anything else.
If we desire something to manifest, we may as well know it's already here and in fact the lack of something is actually the manifestation of that perceived lack. So reality, what we see, is always a type of illusion that can be molded into something else. We don't bring stuff into awareness, it's already here, it just needs to be shaped by observation into the intended manifestation.
So the very act of observation creates reality, no delay in time is required and you only need a delay in time if you observe time is required for manifestation.
Everything we could ever desire is already here right now, but the observation stops it from manifesting because we think we need time.
