Just some updates on my spiritual relationship with my girlfriend Kat...
I've learned to use a shielding/cleansing technique on both Kat and myself, then connecting the two with a sort of solar flare through astral space, connecting our solar shields and giving us a direct link to each other through chakras.
I can't say how easy it will be for others, but it's quite easy for me, so I hope that carries on for others as well.
NOTE: You really should have an intimate spiritual connection (explained later) with the other person before beginning this.
NOTE: Also, if you feel that you have a particular form of energy that is yours alone, identify it and use it to do this, otherwise you may be using another spirit's energies without knowing, causing a potential point of sabotage.
1. Visualize your energy surrounding yourself, then cleansing your entire Being from the outside in. Essentially, put yourself in an astral bubble, and get rid of any parasitic spirits or emotions. Have your target partner do the same for herself if she can.
2. Do the same for your intended target, and have her do the same for you if she can.
3. Visualize a thickly-protected cord twisting across astral space to close the gap between your partner and yourself.
4. Test the connection by channeling energy through your target such that she can feel it. Similar to how chi can be felt as a sort of warmth, you can channel this through a willing partner.
5. Once you're sure of the connection, have fun pleasing each other over a long-distance, or whatever else you'd like to try.
