I know it looks like a... skeptical answer... but it depends of what "God" is.
God can be Yahwe, Allah, Eric Clapton, Maradona, yourself, Michael Jordan, a hot women or whatever depending the person, really... lol.
For instance, if you say "God is All", do you mean if I believe in the existence of "all"?... it's very complicated...
