Those questions can only be answer by you. I can't tell you what to believe, I can tell you how I think it works, how I like to look at my life in the most empowering way
for me, but to answer you specifically I will end up imprinting on you my beliefs about reality, while I can do that if you want, it's easier to read what's below and then ask questions if you are unclear.
