I believe in just about everything, sort of. The Universe is just too big and complex for things such as ghosts, ufos, and psychics not to be real. This does not mean that I believe that every psychic is as advertised, or that every UFO is from outer space. However, under the "complex universe" idea, I believe that things eventually boil down to some fairly simple constants. I think of them as the building blocks from which everything else is derived, and it is these that I am trying to get a handle on, a sort of universal energy, if you will.
But most of all, I believe in the power of the individual. I believe in myself, and I believe in you. It is my experience that human beings can, and often do, achieve amazing things, even the miraculous. There is nothing that is outside the reach of our power, if that power is backed by faith. Faith in oneself, and faith in the infinite capacity of a universe that cares for you.
That's what I believe.
