I don't know if anyone else saw this, but after the funeral during lunch, a little girl ran up to her mother (seated beside me) and was very excited about the white feather she'd found while playing. <3
Daan knew that people often reported deceased loved ones leaving white feathers to comfort and show that they're still with us. I couldn't help but smile.
