Jason: I had the same issue with individual articles not showing up in google search results initially. That changed after I installed a plugin that generated a sitemap whenever I updated, in a format google supports. (

John previously mentioned the issue of stumbling your own articles and suggested not doing it, but not for technical reasons but because of flaming. But it does make sense that you can't "stumble" your own posts. The whole premise is, "Hey, I found this interesting page/site!"
Scott has some advice on getting people to give feedback. Hasn't worked for me yet

(but to be honest I haven't wholeheartedly tried to implement the suggestions yet, mainly because I'm not yet happy with my style or the way I present my ideas. I figure perhaps when I'm happy I won't have to worry about trying to attract others.)
