Steve has a couple of good articles about just this is you haven't got to read them yet....have actually made me reassess getting up earlier.
I find the days I actually get up WITH the alarm I get some time to myself to sit down and quietly and peacefully journal before the onslaught of the day...these days I feel so much calmer and able to deal with what is going on..oh OK, and a bit tireder! BUT have to say they really are my better days and it is a habit I am trying to get into as just a way of living - the goods certainly outweigh the bad.
Who can knock back seven extra conscious hours a week - that's almost an extra 'work' day to call my own.
