It isn't the same as polyphasic sleep(after the uberman shedule) because you don't actually keep yourself awake but get controlled by your drill director.
Polyphasic sleeper on the other hand do it on their own will.
If someone gets raped, that is a very traumatic experience that probably produces all sorts of stress hormones in the body that aren't healthy.
When two people have sex with each other on their own will the body produces a lot of hormones that are healthy.
I would also doubt that you got to take naps six times a day at a military bootcamp.
