The only thing that develops it more, in my experience, is using it more. And being open to it.
Also what I eat has a HUGE impact on my psychic ability. When I'm eating right and working out, I can have these dreams almost on a nightly basis. When I stuff my body with junk food and lay on the couch all day, I can go a month or two without one psychic dream. |
Haha well I have a high metabolism so I'm always hungry and end up stuffing my face a lot, I am 14 afterall, but I'm still rather healthy, that's really cool though, ive never been contacted by the dead.
