I also have this spur of the moment thing where I believe that I can accomplish anything.
Quit smoking. Budgetting. This, that.
A day or two later, it passes.
What do you do in these situations?
I know that I CAN accomplish these things if I could make myself mainain a certain degree of 'drive' throughout a longer period of time.
But how....
