i don`t have to prepare myself by lying down or anything, i basically just do it without the detours.

i am advanced enough to do this and to do it with others even if they would be on the other side of the damn galaxy.

so as for starters techniques of calming and preparing, they work on starters and advanced people, but i just don`t have the time to do it the slow way, so i adapted myself to think fast.

as to show you:

my brain proccesses about 2.3 million proccesses each second.
each of those thoughts carry data i gathered and the proccessing of them disects the data so that i understand it.

and this is without me doing anything else.

when i perform a technique the proccessing of the data for other things make for 20% way for the proccessing of data needed for the technique i am performing.

this comes down to me needing but a fraction of a second to perform the steps needed in order to succesfully unleash my technique.

when i make combo`s i can also choose to proccess 4 million proccesses extra of data that build up just one technique by combining many into one.

this means that the advanced techniques i have are built up of over 4 million techniques and energy alteration and creation.

or that i cast over 4 million techniques at the same time.
