Thanks Wulfen.
I've been intrigued by MM and related stuff for a while now, and it was only further enhanced when I read
The Game (classic book, btw!). The biggest thing I've been careful about is becoming one of those "social robots" who are basically like you said - relying on practicing the scripts and routines and lines that other people tell them (which unfortunately end up working), without really showing their own personality or being themselves. So much so i'd likely go 1) comprehend the structure completely (that M3 model), then 2) use completely original routines/lines that fit in with it, that are specific to me. Is it just me, or does using canned routines from someone else seem totally lame? I'd feel incongruent as hell.
