Hi there Anna, I am really sorry to read about the pain you are in right now. I am not a therapist and I don't know how to suddenly believe, but I have felt that way many times before. I always get through it by trusting that the universe is good to me, I have something to learn from this experience, and knowing that this period of darkness will pass sooner or later. Everytime I get out I am stronger, wiser and can better avoid the next wave of depression. Keep your thoughts focused on the positive future, know that these feelings are only feelings and will pass, and as another member recently wrote me, keep your intake of positivity as high as possible. Get outside and get some excercise, try and reconnect with a friend, don't dwell on your problems and don't stay isolated. Healing doesn't happen in isolation. Maybe check out a local 12 step program, I am in codependent anonymous (coda) and it has helped me get out of some rough patches.
