Before you go on your road to financial freedom, make sure you:
1) Paid all of your credit card debt.
2) Created an emergency fund.
3) Learned the basic understanding of personal finance.
#1 and #2 are especially important. If you wanted to start your own business, #2 will allow you to eat and sleep without a job while you get things going.
