To get by with only 4 hours, I do 3 hours core in the night and 2-3 20 min. naps during the day (around 6 am, 1 pm and 6 pm). My core is usually from 10 pm to 1 am.
just curious - how long have you been doing this? My core at night is around 4.5 hours + a nap in the evening of 60 minutes. It somehow feels strange to me to try to reduce this further.
