I previously tested
Fastnext and wasn't satisfied. Now I use
Hostmonster (aff) and I'm very happy with it: has Fantastico (for installation of blogs, forums etc) and a really good live chat support 8which I've used several times9.
I'm paying 7,95 $/month.
