I have sometimes had a hard time of mustering up emotions, so I can relate. For me it is usually a matter of practice in remembering when I've had those emotions. Also challenging while going through depression, but doable. Many people say adding emotional charge to visualizing gives it a boost. So imagine the effect you'll have once you're getting that going. For me that would be exciting enough to start the flow. Quote:

Non-visual people sometimes are concerned, because we use the word visualize even though it's referring to more than just the visual imagery.
I'm super-highly-visual, but sometimes I have trouble picturing a thing. So another thing that helps me is just sensing in some other way, and trusting and knowing that the Universe gets my intention. |
