I have nothing helpful to say, only wishing you peace and quiet to sort things out in your head. I've had a few times in my life where I am as low as it's going to get and every time I have finally given myself the gift of space and thinking time to find a path through the difficulties...a sojourn to the sea sounds like a great place to start some healing.
