How can this be possible? Time is passing away at a constant rate. And the example you have given reminds me of time relativity example by Einstein who said "if you are sitting with your lover for one hour and when the hour is over you'll feel like its only a minute but if you sit on a stove for even 1 minute you'll feel like it's been ages". So it is what we feel comfortable with which makes us to interpret time like this.
