CY, that's a good thing
because the point of SR is so it can empower you to live a better life, enjoy everything you create and be responsible for everything. Nothing can hurt you unless you let it. Anything you create that seems painful or scary, is actually of your creation, so if you don't like it, then create something else. Of course it's a good idea to always consider why you created something hurtful, because you're actually trying to teach yourself something, trying to expereince something, but you are always in control, so everything is always changeable.
It's empowering if you want it to be and it's stops us being victims.
