Default Interacting with the components of our lives

I have stated elsewhere that it is important for us to appreciate the mundane tasks of everyday life (particularly in "Environmental Healing"). When we buy sad food from the frozen foods aisle, or fast food, we have no interaction with our sustainence: someone else is providing the effort it takes to feed us. These efforts can be traced to third-world countries and their poverty, factory processing and cooking, and a long line of unseen efforts that our buying these products perpetuates.

In taking the time to prepare our own food, wash our own clothes, clean our own house...we are tangibly working with our environment and life.

Even in washing the dishes, we are reminded of how good that casserole was, the comments we enjoyed about it, and the event itself.

Hiring maids, stocking a freezer full of processed foods, microwaving processed food...all contributes to the LOL mentality of completely losing track of what life is really about.

"Oh but there isn't enough time in the day!" some will say.

Get off of Facebook.
Limit your internet time.
Stop watching sports events.
Don't over-commit yourself.
Learn to use your time effectively.

The ascension is rife with advice to "be careful what you put in your body". What you're putting in your head is just as important. Remember: Garbage In, Garbage Out. LOL!

If you;re moaning about the lack of meaning in your life, these are a few suggestions where you've probably relenquished meaning by your own influenced free will.
