Yes, YOU could call someone in Europe so you could confirm the sun exists... then YOU would be convinced I suppose. It's impossible for anything to be objective since subjective is the only way we as individuals experience reality, therefore anything objective is purely theory.
I am not saying that the sun disappears when we aren't looking at it. I'm understand this less than probably anyone here, but I'm just making the observation that the world only exists to you because you are perceiving it.
