Congratulations! I started my 30 day challenge on July 2nd. It's purely a coincidence I started it that day as I didn't do it due to this thread. A huge benefit for me to do it at the beginning of the month is that I found it very fun to easily tell what day I'm on by looking at the Calendar. I just substract one day from the calendar and that's what day I'm at. I'll probably aim to start my next 30 day challenge on August 1st, the day after this 30 Day challenge is over so it'll also be easy to keep track.
