I just completed my first 30 day challenge. I hadn't found this thread before I started so unfortunately it didnt line up nicely with the beginning and end of the month but I wanted to post about it anyway.
My goal was to be able to do a
planche push up in 30 days, which I managed to do! This is my first 30 day challenge and it wasn't easy but completing it has gotten me all fired up to start a new one, but I'm thinking maybe I should wait until the end of the month so I can sync up with the next thread.
