I am a newie and am really enjoying this forum - thankyou!
I am good at manifesting jobs - previously I thought it was just my forceful focus and a bit of luck thrown in, but the last six months have made me look at things differently.
I wanted a part-time job to work around my kid's school hours for four hours a day/three days a week. About a month after I started looking (almost impossible to find something like this) I found one through a parent at school...it took another month to come to fruition but in February this year I started my four hours a day/three days a week. Every day leading up to that I would drive past the general area (five minutes from my daughter's school of course!) and see myself turning in there, see myself buying a coffee on the way, see myself leaving to pick up my children. And you know,the even more amazing part is I got this job without having done it before, without having the particular computer program they wanted and even without any references. (I just read this back to myself - it sounds completely ridiculous, but it is true, I'm STILL sitting here shaking my head in disbelief!)
Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago...I also have a night time job which was wearing me down. So I had enough one night and swore to myself that THIS was the last time I was doing this job. I came home, slept on it and resigned from my night job the next day. On the Tuesday following, so four/five days later, my daytime job employer offered me full time employment with three days at work, two days at home.
Lesson learned - you have to have courage and believe, and to let go to allow something new to arrive.
