I can't say I've heard any voices (yet
) or bumps, but the room tends to get cold when I meditate or especially when I cleanse the chakras. The lamp tends to flicker a lot as well.
I imagine this is a higher being since it is the only explanation I can think of, but do we need to communicate with these beings or simply allow their presence in our field? Are they trying to reach us and communicate with us, or is it simply the frequencies mashing together as you said? I've never had any prior experiences with higher beings (consciously) so I'm pretty clueless as to how I deal with this...
