Here's an example, current and real (based on myself), of the effects of caffeine on one's conscious energy.

First off, I have Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Attention-Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), along with Tourette Syndrome (TS) and Rage Disorder (Rage).

This means I need medications all the time anyway. These medications are the type that allow me to actually fulfill my consciousness' ideals, so I do not consider them to be something I could do without.

Caffeine is something that, temporarily, calms me down, allowing my brain to essentially feel like things are as they should be, rather than just good enough not to be dangerous.

Then, I start to get paranoid. Voices start to show up in my head, and I become hyperaware of any negative potential in my reality.

Essentially, I start to sabotage my life.

Yet, it's addictive.

Well, now I can't just ask for money to get caffeinated drinks, so I just try to live normally.

And now, things are even better.

I've become more fun to be around, and my girlfriend has had less trouble satisfying my nervousness, which is helping our relationship immensely.

In general, it may raise your vibrations, but it's not natural and it feels alien, plus if you take in too much caffeine and you are already psychically open enough, you may find yourself unable to control yourself, possibly endangering yourself or your loved ones.
