How about this variant, tell me if you like it...

I pull out my wallet, which is ("imaginarily") thick with many $100 bills. I take out the bills, set the wallet aside, and count them out onto the table.

I pick up the wallet a second time, and amazingly it has magically re-filled with bills again! So I count out the bills again, adding them to the previous stack on the table.

Repeat as often as desired, then put the wallet away (in pocket or wherever), and money in a drawer.

I call this "The Bottomless Wallet™".

You can either use your actual physical wallet, or imagine one up.

Like snowflake's idea, The Bottomless Wallet can help involve the other senses besides sight.
This is a great visualization for keeping money as the object of concentration. What if you could keep this up for an hour or two? That would surely change your emotional state.
