Technically there are no heads, just the creation of heads to allude to not being the only observer that you are. Everyone has a head, you have a head, but you head is different than all the rest, why? Because (while awake and living) you can never escape your head.
Your head, your entire physical being is the only thing that you can never escape. Other heads/bodies/minds will come and go, but you will always be present and that is why you are consciousness because you are the observer of creation. You can never observe through someone else's head, you can only ever observe through one head, one human body, one observer.
There is only ever one observer, one consciousness and one experience. When you change your beliefs your observation changes, no one else's changes, it may look like other people are changing their lives and environments, but it's only your environment that changes.
