Diet, weightlifting, calories, protein.....
Hey everybody I am looking to get stronger and build a little muscle mass. I am 165 lbs and I have a fast metabolism. I also play a lot of tennis (about 90 minutes a day minimum).
I'm looking for very simple advice on how many calories I should eat per day and how many grams of protein I should eat to get some gains.
