evening 19
well this weekend was a wash out. 8am on saturday and 10am today (sunday). After friday's efforts I'm thinking going to sleep when you are tired and getting up at a fixed time may be great if you can allow yourself the time to feel tired at the right times. I feel that if you have too many interesting things to do in the evening then you won't feel tired until it is too late and will loose productivity until it is too late.
I am becoming more interested in this sleep cycle thing and biphasic sleeping. I think i can schedule it so it will work for me. sleep 9:30pm-11pm and then 2:45am - 7:15am. This will allow to go to have dinner with the family at 6, play with the kids until 8 and go to the gym between 8 and 9, 15 minutes to wind down which is not too strictly fixed, ill just sleep for 90 minutes from the time i start drifting off when reading a book., the 2:45am will be important so I can get up at 7:15, and still get to work relatively early. This will give me a few hours of productive time between 11 and 2:45.
I'm going to give this a try. adjust my sleeping times over the next few days and try the bi phasic thing before the weekend.
I's it wrong to change tack on a 30 day trial part way through?
Does it seem that I am just wimping out on the early riser trial?
